Next 'Bachelor' Is 'Bachelorette' Reject

If the newfangled man looking for for love on ABC's "The Bachelor" looks familiar, that's because he was rejected lowest season on "The Bachelorette."


Jason Mesnick, whose proposal to DeAnna Pappas was spurned during the finale, volition search for romance among 25 bachelorettes when the 13th season of the reality serial returns in January.





ABC said Wednesday that the 32-year-old single father is looking for a woman wHO "has a real wonder about the world, wHO loves life sentence and lavatory find passionateness in life's smallest moments." The network is cast for eligible women to vie for Mesnick's attention.


Mesnick lost out in May during the fourth-season "Bachelorette" season close to professional snowboarder Jesse Csincsak, who's engaged to Pappas. She herself was rejected by previous "Bachelor" Brad Womack during the series' eleventh season.

Asthma Research Could Lead To Preventing Attacks In Future, Says British Lung Foundation

UNAIDS Expresses Concern Over The Safety Of Three Ugandans Arrested During An International AIDS Conference

�The Joint United Nations Programme on
HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) expresses rich concern over the refuge of three individuals wHO were
arrested at the HIV/AIDS Implementers Meeting held in Kampala, Uganda, thirty-eight June 2008,
and wHO are currently involved in ongoing margaret Court proceedings on charges of trespass.
The three individuals were arrested on 4 June later a peaceable protest to express their
concern regarding insufficient attention to HIV prevention, treatment, care and support for
men world Health Organization have sex with men in Uganda. They were charged with criminal transgress and
released on bail pending trial. At the time of the merging, UNAIDS, as one of the confluence
co-sponsors, made known that the three individuals were welcome at the group discussion and

victim provided restitution and compensation.



Experience in the planetary response to AIDS has shown that it is of the greatest importance to
guarantee that all people, including members of civil society, who work to promote HIV
prevention, treatment, tending and support for all those unnatural by the epidemic are supported
to do so. UNAIDS reiterates its support to the Government of Uganda for a comprehensive
response to prevent the transmission of HIV; to provide for treatment, care and support for
those living with HIV; and to protect the human rights of all those affected by HIV.

Taylor Momsen - Country Star Gossip Girl Land Modelling Deals

SJP: 'SATC Needed African-American Like Jennifer Hudson'

Sarah Jessica Parker has praised her Sex And The City co-star Jennifer Hudson for bringing new young and black audiences to the much acclaimed franchise.

Oscar winning Hudson plays Carrie’s assistant in the big-screen adaptation of the TV show, and Parker believes the decision of director Michael Patrick King to bring in a youthful African-American was a genius idea.

She explains: "First of all we needed to have a 20-year-old in this movie; we really have to remember that there is a significant audience now that are very, very young.

"It's a great way of reminding people who Carrie was when she came to New York; what was New York, what did it mean to her...And African-American women and women of colour have been a big part of our audience for a long time (and) we really haven't been responsible to them."

And Parker couldn't imagine a better onscreen assistant for her Bradshaw: "She is especially lovely in this movie... She is remarkably beautiful and she's probably about eight inches taller than I am and she is a presence."

Rocky - La Suing Time Warner Cable





The city of Los Angeles is expected to file a lawsuit against Time Warner Cable today
(Thursday) alleging that the company made false and misleading statements to Adelphia
Communications subscribers after it acquired the company in 2006, the Los Angeles Tim
es reported today. In a 25-page lawsuit, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo claims
that the New York-based cable provider violated its franchise agreement with the
city by providing poor customer service and allowing excessive delays in repair work.
"Hundreds of thousands of Los Angeles residents were ripped off," the Times quoted
Delgadillo as saying in a statement. "Time Warner must be held accountable for its
promises." According to the newspaper, the cable provider, which is in the process of being
spun off by parent Time Warner Inc., could face civil penalties amounting to tens
of millions of dollars.

Justin Timberlake - Timberlake To Wed Biel

JUSTIN TIMBERLAKE is set to propose to girlfriend JESSICA BIEL, according to reports.

The SexyBack star, 27, is rumoured to be on the verge of asking actress Biel, 26, to marry him, after dating for over a year.

A source tells British newspaper The Sun, "Justin is 27 and thinking about marriage and kids. For the first time in his life he is feeling settled and has definitely decided to pop the question to Jessica.

"He is so happy with her. They spent quite a bit of time apart recently when Justin was working with Madonna. That made him certain Jessica was the person he wanted to spend the rest of his life with."

And Timberlake is rumoured to be considering the West Indian island of Mustique for the pair's nuptials, as the land's private ownership means paparazzi would be unable to take photos of the couple and their guests.

The source adds, "Although Justin has lived his whole life in the public eye, he feels his wedding is the one day that should remain private. To get all his close friends and family to Mustique will cost a fortune. But he can't put a price on how he feels about Jessica."
